DESCRIPTION:Bridging the age gap: un diálogo intergeneracional sobre arbitraje  \nEn arbitraje\, la experiencia acumulada pesa tanto como la técnica. Aun así\, muchas de las cuestiones que marcan el desarrollo de un procedimiento rara vez se comentan abiertamente entre quienes actúan como abogados de parte y quienes deciden la controversia. Entre ellas\, se encuentran el impacto que tiene sobre el árbitro el comportamiento procesal de las partes\, la estrategia más eficaz ante una conducta obstruccionista\, los riesgos de advertir de una posible nulidad del laudo o cómo es realmente el proceso de toma de decisiones de un tribunal. \nEn este contexto\, desde RocaJunyent nos complace invitarle a la sesión «Bridging the age gap: un diálogo intergeneracional sobre arbitraje».
